They deliver over a certain dollar amount. If it's under $70 You might try uber eats
Great food and quick service. Enjoy eating here with family.
Good food, casual environment, I like this place. :)
Food was good but the service was not. They could improve on a lot of things in my opinion.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The options were plentiful and overall I was happy. The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was the mac and cheese. I had heard really good reviews about it from friends and family but it was really bland.
The staff was polite, professional and friendly. They prepared my order quickly and efficiently. They asked questions that showed a desire to be helpful and serve my needs. I have been a regular for about a month now.
The food at Panera can't be beat at the price + availability. This location is no different. It is easy to get to at the outer edge of the Lakewood Towne Center. They keep the place relatively clean, the waits are reasonable, plus they now have self-serve kiosks, so you can order and take your seat in easy flat!
Always so good! Order is correct every time!
It's painful going to this store these days. Service is terribly slow, understaffed, and can't understand what anybody behind the counter is saying. Sad.
I only come in the autumn for the soup, because I think everything else is overpriced and the sandwiches seriously under deliver. I got a bread bowl, which was most expensive than the bowl of soup. There was probably about a cup worth of soup and then a ton of bread. I was very disappointed, I'd be better off getting a bowl of soup and side of bread like I normally do. However, the soup was still as tasty as last year, the bread was good. This location needed to clean their floors and there was a couple in there that had a (clearly not service dog) dog which no one called them out on.They also hire a lot of people with special needs, there were 4 there working while I was eating, and I think that's super cool. So kudos to Panera for that.
Wow, the Almond Bearclaw is surprisingly strong almond flavored and highly recommended for anyone who loves almonds like I do. Staff is always cheerful and we'll informed so you will never feel intimated when asking questions. I come early to avoid the mid-morning rush. Enjoy!
Always friendly service. I don't usually like sandwiches, but the bread choices and the quality of meat used makes it a nice option from some of the other sandwich places. You pay more but it is so much more better. And the nice bread choices are a plus.
Really good customer service and large ranging healthy options. First time here and was really welcoming even during the pandemic. For 20$ got a meal with a side, smoothie and pastry. Solid meal.
Don't eat here. Food was good, environment was horrible. One third of the restaurant was commandeered by transient people that weren't customers. As I walked out, there was a woman curled up asleep in one of the lounge chairs, badly in need of care and again, not a customer. While I believe in compassion, some of these people aren't mentally stable, easily agitated and could carry communicable diseases. You're putting your customers at risk in more ways than one, and it's unacceptable and irresponsible. Allowing transients to park themselves in your restaurant all day everyday offers no solution to the real problem; these people need real help and the city of Lakewood and Washington state don't seem to care. Panera, your first responsibility is to the well being of your customers and Management does nothing. Wow, crazy.
It was my first time to a Panera and after all the hype I was really disappointed. The kid took my order wrong and overcharged me (I found out when I got my food. The lettuce/veggies in my salad were still partially frozen and my white cheddar and beef sandwich had only a looooot of horse radish and beef. Trash.
I always love this location! Very nice staff and the place is very clean! Their orange scones are the best!
Great food, friendly service even dealing with current restrictions. A sandwich and a salad, very tasty. Would happily visit again.
My 1st visit. Multiple menu boards, quite confusing w/ pricing. It is quite expensive! Almost 15.00 for 1/2 a sandwich & 1/2 serving of soup. (Not including a drink). I ordered 1/2 a Cuban sandwich. VERY DISAPPOINTED: Wrong pickles, wrong mustard, WAY WRONG bread, Way Wrong roast pork, and the size. . . Right about 4" and my bread was burned.
Everyone is always so nice and helpful, love Panera and will always come back for more!
Always delicious. Had the Mac n cheese and broccoli/chedder soup. Mmmmmm
Nice place to go for an easy summer meal that perfect
Used to be a nice place. Now overtaken by homeless people. Staff are supportive of them hanging out there all day. Booo!
I've only had their salads and they are scrumptious. I got the strawberry, pineapple nut salad. Not priced to high. The wait time can be a bit, they seem to always be busy. They are located right as you enter Lakewood towne center off bridgeport. Staff is friendly but there is a feeling of chaos. I would recommend Panera to folks who dont mind the hustle and bustle, it is clean and roomy with a lot of light coming in all their windows. I did not see a place for large gatherings, lots of parking.
I am so impressed with how Panera has adjusted their services to accommodate social distancing, making their customers feel safe! Good job, guys!
Clean, reasonably quick service. Popular with service members from JBLM.
Love there corn chowder lunch with bread.
They have a great variety of homemade items. I love the broccoli cheese soup.
Mediterranean warm grain bowl... very good!
Love This Place!
Do yourself a favor and fix your business practice and actually give your employees work so they can live instead of running yourself down the the toilet
We had a giftcard from Google Pay but it didn't have any barcodes on it, only a 4 digit pin, and they didn't have a scanner here :( it seems not very many Panera Breads have scanners? The girl who rang us up really tried to help and so did the manager so I'd have to say that the customer service and staff here are really nice to begin with. The food looks great.Personally, everything seems a little pricey in my opinion and I thought that the price included drinks but I guess it doesn't.But personals aside, I'd recommend this place overall if you're looking for a good spot to get sandwiches. Simply for the food and customer service that I've recieved here. The manager here is really sweet and it really shows in her staff members.
Had the Frontega Chicken Panini added bacon,it was good. But would be great with smoked gouda.
Seriously every time i go here they extremely f up my order. Its gotten to the point i dont even correct it anymore. I dont have the patience. Will NEVER come back to this particular one.
Horrible customer service. Everytime I come for door dash and let them know I’m there, I have to go out of my way to let them know they never talk to me at all. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting for an order, and nobody said a word to me I finally stand up and asked about the order and they said oh yea it’s ready, sorry about that. Like did you think I was sitting there because I had nothing better to do? Horrible customer service man this happens every time
I like the soup and sandwiches at Panera Bread. This location is clean and tidy. The people including the manager are nice.
Kind & courteous young man named Dustin was willing to assist me with my order. He did very well! This Kitchen Sink Cookie is decadent & tasty! Youve gotta try it.
I came here at 9:30am wanting to buy soup but one of the workers very dismissive said it wasnt going to be ready until 10-10:30. My issue is if they open at 6:00am why cant the soups be ready?
The food was good. Presentation is lacking. The bacon from my sandwich arrived after the dine in experience. Wish I would of taken a picture.
Good food but spendy. 4.60 for a 160z tea? Above my budget. Meh,
It was a to go order.. they took forever as we waited and they didn’t put in my flatbread sandwich and all of our utensils were knives.. the staff behind the counter were yapping and one was just standing around.. we got home and ended up having to go back and get the other sandwich. The is good if they can get proper employees.
Sebastian was who we talked to at the counter and they have so much positive energy it was a lovely experience and everyone in my group had a great time. The food was great, the staff even better!
Perhaps the operators of each Panera do things differently. This was the first Panera I've been to in Washington that gave this type of experience. The staff was friendly and the eating area seemed generally clean. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and, when it arrived to the table, the"egg patty" felt like it had just come out of a fridge and was barely warmed up by the somewhat warm bread and sausage patty. It kind of brought down the whole meal. I ate it without complaining anyway, but I haven't had an experience like that at other Panera locations. Might be a fluke, but I probably won't go to that location again.
This place caters to homeless who pretty much live there from 9 in the morning till 5 in the afternoon. Their food is high price high prices for the little amount you receive. I would rather have given them no stars but I can't leave this review without putting a one-star
This Panera is not any different from others food wise. However, agreeing with other reviewers, the transient traffic was unsettling and I kept looking up from my food almost as if I’m on the look out for my purse staying safe. The service was slower than I have ever experienced at any Panera, EVER.I ordered a greens salad and a cup of soup, no cooking required. The bathrooms were atrocious and standing at the front counter looking at the food prep area was scary to say the least. This place is in desperate need of a Manager that can actually manage effectively and efficiently. This location gives Panera Bread a bad name.
I posted a picture....the warm grain bowl was literally just a small handful of greens, a little scoop of grains and hummus. $10 for a bowl that isn't even full. This particular location always seems to give you the least amount of food for your money.
My steak and arugula sandwich was dry, over peppered, and missing the onions. Oh, the french onion soup tastes like vegetable soup and had no cheese or breaded top. $22 of nope. Well the Strawberry lemonade was really good.
Employees are not so kind. They messed up my order and gave me wrong soup and sandwich. Did they apologize? Nope. They looked at me like I'm lying. Bathroom was filthy and tables were sticky and dirty.
Ordered a Chipolte chicken sandwich, which was received fairly quickly. Place was clean, with social distancing observed.
Great service. Attendant wait staff. Food is savory. This explains the price point. Overall good dinning experience.
Healthy, fresh, generous portions. A little expensive, but worth every cent. Their soups are outstanding, as are their sandwiches. I always get fresh sourdough rounds to use as bread bowls from their bakery area. Try the souffles - but get there early because they sell out quickly!
Delicious and wonderful staff!
